All done adding the CF M5 diffuser. I basically followed the same process as this thread.
DIY F10 535i OEM M5 diffuser retrofit with Foot Trunk Release Comfort Access http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=887130 The only difference is that my diffuser is one piece and a little different in shape. It required a little more cutting (see red lines in the edited pic below from the above thread)

Sounds freaking mean with the flaps wired open! Flipping through the gears with the paddle shifters even emits a subtle burble.
I'll probably end up getting one of those remote controlled valve systems just to keep it civilized when needed. I just got home so I will shoot a cold start video once it cools down. In the mean time, here are some pics, don't mind how dirty it is, we are getting 2 feet of snow tomorrow. FML

I installed the diffuser which was easy. A shop installed the exhaust though. I have a welder but not a pipe bender.

Here is the before:
Here is the after: Best part is that as I backed into my driveway tonight I noticed that a guy in a BMW had pulled over to talk to me. I immediately thought he was going to yell at me for driving like a maniac but he had followed me home from the store to compliment my exhaust. He knew it was an M5 set up and wanted to know how I got it on a 535! Only 4 hours with the new exhaust and I got my first compliment! My wife just rolled her eyes...
