first post so if not in the correct area, apologies.

March had all four discs and pads replaced by Sytner as independent id rather use near Windsor couldn't beat the price surprisingly.
was told to drive cautiously to bed them in which I did of course for quite some time. only covered 6000 miles since march. strangely my rear air suspension sank the day after the brakes got done ! independent garage fixed so expensive few days.
all fine but mostly town slow driving but on motorway noticed slight judder at 70 of course and thought thats odd. forgot about it as town driving mostly but happened when going to airport. on way home 2 weeks later from airport still happening.
could only get booked into Sytner 3 weeks later, today, and needed oil and engine flush. got the usual video tour only to find out back tyre was damaged and then finished by saying he'd use a machine to look at front discs. woman phoned to say he couldn't do a road test as tyre dangerous but kindly offered to replace for £320 ! I laughed and said id pick it up. got two bridge stones for £450.

got to bmw and again woman said no road test but I said the technician said on the video he'd use a machine. she then said yes he did but I wasn't supposed to tell you and both discs are warped ! I said are they not covered by 2 year warranty I was told about and she said no because you probably didnt bed them in correctly which is not true. she was very rude and unhelpful. paid for the oil service and off she went with no rebooking to road test. after only 6000 miles I would expect the warranty to cover this.
