I have never felt it in my e46 328i. Maybe because they didn't discuss it so much in those damn forums LOL. No, seriously I have never noticed anything but the whole steering experience is so different anyway in the F10 with the electric steering, I wonder if the two issues are related.
That's exactly what I mean by the way: Quote:

Same thing here. New F10 535 with 700 miles has been pulling to the right as well. It's already been back once and everything was out of alignment
I am getting seriously pissed off at this..Haven't even hit 1000 miles and after being in service once already, it's got to head back again this week. |

Yogi.Sorry about the unclear response. I saw the numbers from the alignment and they were all way off. After the alignment I thought it would be much better..Sad to report that it actually feels worse. I can now feel it at almost any speed

Has anyone had their car replaced or bought back due to pulling to the right concerns – voluntarily by BMW of North America or under your state's Lemon Law? Please advise. Thank you!

I am considering having the tires Road Force balanced to make sure they aren't contributing to the issue. I may swap the fronts side to side to see if that helps (Continental ExtremeContact DWS are asymmetrical, not directional so you can rotate side to side). |

I have a 523Li manufactured june 2011 (shanghai, china), had a problem also pulling to the right like when u accelerate steering wheel clicks a bit to the right and stiffs. Took it to the dealer twice and what they did was rotate tires, correct pressure for tires and change setting for alignment(maybe loosen the strut or suspension dont know what they meant). After the changes felt a bit comfortable BUT still shifting to the right plus the steering wheel is much looser than before
Does anyone have this kinda experience after the changes? they recommended a software upgrade for the next step ... but hinted might still have this shifting problem. Well its a wonderful car but those RFT are just too expensive and attractive to nails |

I haven't been driving my car for two months now because I was tired of the car and also because I bought a 1997 E36 320i convertible which was much more fun to drive during the short "summer". Actually I was wondering where 15 years of technological improvement went as the 320i was handling much better than the F10. No umcomfortable ride, no pulling anywhere, no vague and wandering steering, no hard RFT.
Anyway, I put the winter tires on the F10 and drove on the Autobahn for two sixty mile trips. This car is just handling so awful. It pulls to the right and to the left depending on whatever, I don't know. The steering feels synthetic and it is a funny feeling that you can almost not describe. The easiest is to hold the steering wheel only with two fingers and let the car ride. This way you get a closer feeling of what is happening. Somehow it feels as if you were driving a car where the steering is worn out in the middle so that the same amount of steer leads to different reactions depending on how far you have turned the steering wheel already. Sorry if this sounds complicated but English is not my native language.
