I haven't done anything to the lights. But when the engine is off and you switch on the park lights, only the outer lights are on.

Remembering the old E34s when i changed the rear foglight bulbs to 5W so i could get that wide look with the foglights on

They're OEM, so it's the just the long camera exposure time that makes 'em look so bright.
