How are they holding up? What do you think of the idea of using a dremmel tool to remove the little plate where the sticker goes?

I have a jet black and think the all black grills will fade away on the front. I like these as the chrome surrounds provide some contrast to make them stand out a bit.

well I know they make them now without the plate there, I think it wouldn't look clean trying to take that out with a dremmel tool.
