US have LED amber in headlight,but europan have just transparent plastic.
You can see difference on ebay,just open few headlights you will see. |

That strip isn't the turn signal; it's the parking light and illuminates with the headlights or when the first position is selected on the headlight switch. It doesn't blink with the turn signal; or at all for that matter. The orange bulb behind that strip is the turn signal and only lights/blinks when the turn signals are engaged.
