I have disassembled every mirrors plastic items and im stuck at the last part were the wire goes in a hole and i cant figure out how to remove that thing (its the mechanism of the folding mirrors i assume) see attachment image!!!

If you don't want to splice the wires, you have to disconnect + connect through the door panel area.
At least that's what my shop does (and they specialize in BMWs). Did you go with solid or sequential turn signals? |

They aren't plug and play, I have the same setup and needed to splice up the cables when installing them, there's no option !

Took my shop under an hour to do both turn signals, so I digress. ^^

It's not a time thing, it's a practical thing and I prefer to leave my door panels intact vs splicing 2 wires.
