My car is ordered and delivery is the 24th of March!!!

Extremely Extremely excited, didn't go with the Pro Nav in the end as it was just outside the upper range of my budget but am REALLY REALLY excited at the moment!

Now comes the worst part, the wait

Went very light on the spec, wasn't allowed to go crazy on options

Carbon Black
Oyster Leather
Hexagon aluminum trim
Business nav
Ambient lighting
Advanced audio
And Auto (no paddles)

I read on here it's week 10 and the changes are that TPMS is added to standard.

Will try and find the thread.

Which model did you go for ?

My dealer confirms week 10 build will have the "spring updates". Check with yours to ensure your car is scheduled for that build date. I guess it is as your delivery date sounds the same as mine. Could be that we are taking delivery on te same day

I think the sports Auto is worth the £200 extra though (less depending on what model your starting with). And the black panel display at £100.

But who really cares? You'll be driving your 5 soon enough, and that's worth it alone...

You can no longer get sports auto on the 520d. You can have paddles though.

Beancounter, thanks for all the help with pictures and the recommendation to Steve, it has helped me out a lot with making my decision and getting the figures to where I want to be

Nwestlak, I went for the 520d M Sport Automatic (no paddles), I'll have to find out the build date but I'm guessing it's something like 2 weeks prior to delivery which puts me at a week 11 build.

xs2man if the 520d had the sport auto with the stubby gear selector then it would have been worth it but over the last 6 months of owning my Accord, I've honestly used the paddles maybe 5 times so even though it's not much money saved, it's still something

I am however getting the full black panel display and for free too apparently

I think the Black Panel Display was another change they made to the spec. When I looked at the configuration the other week, I noticed it was standard now.

Black panel is standard now. I do agree re the paddles, I have them as I wanted them being a toy man, but have used them a handful of times and would not miss them

I have the paddles in my current 5, and had them in my previous 3, and I do agree I barely use them. But I do love my wee gearstick, and the gearbox in general. Didn't realise it wasn't really available on smaller engined motors though.

Black Panel being standard now is a real boost too.
