Thanks for the interest. I'm more motivated to sell this car.
To answer some questions:
All of the aftermarket parts I had installed are for aesthetics only. I like the enhanced sporty look.
They are as follows:
Windows tinted.
Gloss black M5 LCI style kidney grills. I still have the originals.
Wald style carbon fiber roof spoiler.
Vorsteiner carbon fiber rear diffuser. I have the original M-sport.
Mufflers are stock with dual tips welded on. The Vorsteiner exhaust was just too loud for me. I put the stock exhaust with dual tips on to keep the look.

Dropped my asking price by $2K since I haven't had any legitimate offers.
I'm in escrow now, ready to sell...

Yes I still have the exhaust but everything goes with the car. If the new owner doesn't want any of the aftermarket stuff I'll put it up for sale here.

35% tint and yes, driver and passenger windows are tinted.
It's not so dark as to attract unwanted attention from the authorities (at least in LA), but dark enough to give good protection from the sun.

does the tint have brand name? do you still have the stock diffuser if the buyer prefer the car back to stock? sounds like the stock exhaust was cut and welded ...

I'll have to ask the tint shop the brand name of the tint because I don't know it.
The exhaust on the car is the stock exhaust. I had the single tip on the stock muffler replaced with the dual tips. I have the stock diffuser. If you want it to go back to stock look, the dual tips would have to be changed back to the single tip. It's really an easy thing for the exhaust shop to do and I'd gladly switch it back if you or someone wanted to buy the car in stock form.

I bought this car

I know, old post - but coincidentally I popped the VIN of this 535i into Google and found this thread, turns out I bought this exact car in February. It's AMAZING, I've had no regrets. Seller was great to deal with and unbelievably patient with the debacle that Wells Fargo auto finance presented. Anyway, thought I'd wrap this thread up with a happy note.

I just bought a '12 6MT in the same color combination and I'm loving it more everyday. Enjoy in good health!
