Are there any issues with voiding the factory warranty with this or any airbox modification?

Not sure since there's no DOT #'s on the intake itself. I could be wrong tho if somebody could chime in.

Any mod can void the warranty if dealer proves it to be harmful to the car.
Check with your service adviser and see if how mod friendly they are.

The key is that they must PROVE, not just voice an opinion, that the after market part directly caused the failure.
