Send from Google Maps hasn't worked for a while for me so I use BMW Remote, it's very good except that it can get the address wrong. It doesn't seem to use the postcodes, just the address, so can get confused with similarly named locations. It's tries to send me to the wrong end of the country on a few occasions.

I use the send facility from Google maps on a regular weekly basis with no problem.
Try logging into the Connected Drive Portal and sending a message from there? Might give a clue as to what your problem is? |

I use BMW remote a lot as it's quicker than entering an address into the sat Nav and it's excellent. I've never had a problem just using the postcode, although they are mainly business rather than residential addresses, which might help with the accuracy?

Locations arrive in the car much quicker from BMW Remote than they do from Google Maps too.
Google Maps used to be very good and very quick but it seems to have got more hit and miss and a lot slower lately, that's if I managed to send a destination. |

Sending from Google maps is one thing, but receiving it in the car is another entirely. I've found that when sending from Google maps is successful it can be hours before it's received in the car, whereas when sending by BMW Remote it only takes a few minutes to arrive.
