F10 LCI

Hi all

I have a 520d SE LCI - and i'm fed up of the seats! should have done more research at the time of buying but heyho.

I have a few seat options available to me and would like opinions from you learned folk

Option 1 - Sports seats from a 2015 F10 - part electric and heated
Option 2 - Comfort seats from a 2011 PRE-LCI complete with switches etc

my only concern would be mounting the pre-lci seats in my lci car - i understand the rails are different? and whether or not the airbags would work

the msport seats would drop straight in im assuming.

Not sure what your problem is with your seats but here is what I posted on the 6 Series forum.

Presumably your car is reasonably new - putting 5 year old seats in is going to mean condition wise they do not match the rest of the car..

For this reason I'd suggest the 2015 Sport seats but to be honest the F10 Sport seats are the least comfortable seats I have ever had in a car.

Hi

Main problem in having with the Seats is back pain and just feeling tense after getting out of the car on a long drive - not what I expected with this car. I previously had a diesel golf GT and that was superior in seat comfort

I don't feel that the standard seats are supporting my body much in the sense that it feels like I'm sitting on a bench!
