Automatic Climate Control Question
I have a question regarding the climate control for the F10, whenever I turn on the car in morning or after work my climate control turn itself on, even those before I turn off the car I turn the system off but alway turn itself back on in the morning or after work, it seems like it always does that after long period of park time. Doesn't do it in a short period of time when I turn off the engine and walk away for like 5-10 minutes and turn the car on then no problem. Is there some kind setting that I missed
Thanks in advanced |

The car has a short term memory of the settings you have and keeps them for about 15 minutes if you leave the car temporarily. Very handy when I leave my kids at daycare and the defroster and heated seats are still on when I return to the car. |

OK, that made sense though that something wrong with the climate control, do you know if there is an option you can turn the climate control off when starting the car.

Very good question!
Unfortunately, the answer is "no". There's nothing we can do about it. I think I’ve tried everything, and searched everywhere. And at this point I'm pretty much convinced that it's designed this way. If you find otherwise, please do share... Thanks |
