Need Help Coding Not Working After Servicing

took my car to bmw to get my light fixed which was a waste, they didn't do any checks like I asked on the frm which I know is bad. all they did was cleared out the errors and basically took my money. after I realized none of my codded options where deleted and is still not displaying in the CIC I tried to recode it but all the configurations are stilled programmed in esys .

I even recoded all modules using my back up and tried to code all options again and nothing.
