Ready to pull the trigger - need advice

Hello,

I've got a 2011 535i with a lease expiring in a few months and after considering all options, I think I've decided to just buy it out and put a few bucks into it to boost performance. After reading a great deal of posts on this site I've concluded that the Burger JB4 is the best tune upgrade.

I'm a fairly handy guy in general, but don't really know my way around under the hood of a car too much.

So my main question is: is installing this thing pretty easy for a somewhat handy person?

Also, in terms of the next best bang for the buck, what is the next upgrade I should look at? Intake?

Thanks! May very well buy a used jb4 off this forum.

Intake, exhaust and jb4 and you will be very happy. Good choice in buying out! Good stuff!

When you say exhaust, do you mean a downpipe or something more extensive?

thanks

Thanks...I did already determine harness type. It took me a little while to locate it but finally did. The TMAP sensor was much smaller in real life than it looked in those pics.

I'm sure I will love the upgrade. Had a good experience doing it on a Audi a few years back. Was the best $500 I ever spent.

Are you thinking about a stage 1 or 2 (JB4)?
