Yes, it did. A couple of booklets and the manual in a black case (leather or fake, I dont know)

Ok, I apologize for the stupid question: you do know where to look for the medkit, right?

My F10 is my very first BMW and I didn't find the trunk lid compartment (containing the medkit) immediately....

This most definitely is not an accessory and comes with the car. Talk with his supervisor or write directly to BMW Russia.

If that is the case, its probably done at the lower levels in the dealership. I cannot image a dealership owner actually doing this to make $50. Complain straight to the GM or owner, and if no response, then BMW in Russia.

regarding the other items like a medic kits, I think these are provided based on local regulations. In the US this is not required so we dont get a medic kit. You need to ask other Russian owners what they are getting first.

Amazing, too bad that people are that desperate or greedy...

Like others have said, talk to the GM or BMW Russia.
