Connecteddrive

I exported my 550 xi to Germany and now the connecteddrive system will not work. BMW genius is saying the SIM card in the system doesn't register in Europe. It worked before I shipped it, go figure. Anyone else have this issue??

The sim inside of the car is based on region of the world the car was built for.

I shipped my car out to europe aswell and it has stopped working..

you must tell the dealer and service
they can register germany server
