Just got back from the Dealership.. Do these numbers seem right?

2011 535i xDrive
Lease 10k / 36mo
$0 Down
July 2011 - 36 Month – Residual 59% of MSRP – .00175 Base Rate

MSRP $66,675
Invoice $61,300

$59,570 (Cap w/ Nav Credit and Loyalty Discount) - $35,146 (59% Residual) / 36

= $678.44

$59,570 + $35,146 x .00126 (Base Rate w/ 7 MSD)

= $119.34

$678.44 + $119.34 x .0625 (State Sales Tax) = $847.64 PER MONTH

Seems a bit high to me? Is there anything I am leaving out? Thanks guys.

Is the Invoice Price the dealers actual cost for the vehicle? Is it negotiable to come down significantly from the $61,300 (in my build)?

I noticed I was quoted $1,000 over Invoice plus Options and minus Nav and Loyalty..

I think the invoice the dealers tell/show are not the actual cost they pay . It is $1000-$2500 less. More for 7 series

59% residual is based on the MSRP, not invoice or cap cost.

Your residual should be $39338.25, that will be decrease your monthly quite a lot.

NP. I got mine $1200 below invoice after nav credit. I ordered the car. If I opted for in-stock cars, the dealer would knock $500 more I believe.

Good luck!
