What's the Math to calculate lease?

I understand all the input I need... but what is the actual equation?

Its really not a simple equation. There are several factors at work. Download an app, like Leasematic, it does all the work for you, pretty impressive actually.

In general, Leases are simply what you pay for depreciation of the car, plus finance fees.
Use this calculator for the math.
