Control arms wishbone wear in months

In need of constant change of control arms (front) every year on my F10 535d -11.

Its lowered 45mm front and 40mm rear.

Even when the wishbone are newly installed, I feel that the right front is not 100% stable when going reverse on a small curb or pavy road. The right side is also a bit lower then the left. New springs are put on also.

Can it be because of the aggresive lowered springs?

You tightened the bolts for the control arm bushings in the normal position, correct? e.g. at ride height and not with the suspension drooped.

Since it is this part that is going loose quickly, they say it has not to do with it.

The ball joint is failing? Did you actually check for play in the ball joint?

If bushings are tightened before the weight of the car is compressing the suspension, residual torque in the bushings holds the car up. They will eventually relax (commonly mistaken for shocks/springs settling) but the torqued bushings are then prone to accelerated wear.

I would suspect this (as Unspec pointed out).

OP is stating they're having issues with the ball joint, which doesn't need to be torqued at ride height. Not sure how the ball joint could be bad so quickly though...

Can it be another part that is wasted so it creates huge tension on the wishbones? Because, even when the whisbones are new, I feel that its not 100% stable when driving up a smaller curb or uneven roads while turning.

Ah, I didn't click the link to check out the picture.

The only thing left to check would be the knuckle then? If the ball joint wasn't seating properly in the knuckle perhaps it could give the loose feeling the OP is concerned with?

Thrust arm bushing? This would not explain the accelerated wear on the ball joint, but might explain the loose feeling.

This is odd. Are the ball joints failing on both sides, or just the right side which sits lower?

Has the alignment been checked?

Ah, knuckle.. any part more that can cause this loose feeling?

Both sides, yes.

The thrust arms are also in need of replacement withing 2-3 years.

AND I am in need of alignment every few months.
