Not sure if I know any in that immediate area, but you do have several reputable shops nearby:

PlatteForme A.G.
LTMW
Mo d Ba rgains
ETC..

Not in Torrance, but Trinity Autosport in Tustin is also a reputable shop. They mainly do BMWs

LTMW in El Monte is the closest shop To you that know of - a very reputable shop. They're open Saturdays.

LTMW did my ACS spring install. I went from San Diego to LTMW based on recommendations, and I'd go again if needed.

But we have to put up with the natural disasters here in SOCAL. It rained so hard last week that there was a puddle on a sidewalk. FEMA responded. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
