Pitted headlights
Has anyone tried cleaning their pitted and scratched lenses using one of those commercial lens restoration kits? If you look close or when the lights are on you can see how pitted the headlights are on my 2 year old 535.
The videos for these products looks so easy using a house hold drill, but I'm a little nervous doing so. Anyone have any luck or recommendations? Thanks

They work. I used a kit I bought from Canadian Tire a few years ago to restore my E39 headlight (the other had already been replaced due to some bonehead backing into me) and the resultant repair matched the much newer headlight on the other side. It was not 'effortless', however.
