am now well and truly off the fence. bought a car. Got a good deal on a canceled order so my wait time is only 10 days!!!!

Car is pretty much what I would have put in as a factory order but i got a good deal on this, fair part ex-price and car should be delivered to me in days. 535d would have been great but it wasn't a deal breaker. I weighed up the pros/cons vs the deal on offer and i decided after having driven a 530d SE that the 3.0d engine is more than I need in terms of performance for real world, i.e sitting in traffic jams, driving.
