Rough start when Warm. (runs fine once started)

Hello all,
This has been a consistent issue I have just dealt with for three years. When I first start the car each day it starts right up no problem. If I go to the gym and then come back out the car always starts up rough unless it has completely cooled down. It sounds like it is starving for fuel, but has always started. I have changed the crank, cam, and coolant sensors, plugs and coil packs. I had the car at BMW and they tested the fuel pressure and said the pumps were fine. No other ideas. (shocking) Only things I am wondering is the fuel sensors or pumps or injectors. The car runs great after it starts and no problems. Just the start when warm.
