Is it possible to remove the vibrator and change switches on left hand side? I have sport steering wheel in my car that I would like to replace and the current one doesn't support lane change and lane departure warnings, it is non heated though.

Yes, you can move the vibrator and swap the steering wheel modules. You can also change the steering wheel buttons (both sides only I think).

I currently have the M sport wheel but do you offer modifying it with thicker grip and possibly custom stitching?

I haven't used DCT Motor Sports but have read they are very good. Check them out. They are up the coast from you in Mountain View, CA.

My 2012 535i has the sport and performance package (includes sport steering wheel). It's an automatic transmission with the 8 speed steptronic manual option. Essentially works the same way as the shift paddles on the steering wheel but you move the shift lever forward to down shift and pull back to shift to higher gears. As a result, can I simply swap my stock steering wheel with this one listed and be able to use the shift paddles? Or is this a programmming issue that once the steering wheel is swapped out the dealership is able to activate it via software programming? If so, I am seriously interested in purchasing this steering wheel. Thanks.

Please send me your VIN by email at matysiakpatryk@gmail.com and I will let you know if this wheel would fit your car.
Generally speaking I can make the paddles work in your car after the swap the wheels.

It's the M sport wheel with paddles. It's pretty much the same as the M5 wheel except the stitching color.
