2013 Bmw 528i Muffler delete or resonator delete HELP~

So i been thinking about getting my 2013 bmw 528i muffler delete or resonator delete i don't know with 1 is better to do or delete both can any 1 tell me are they gonna lose hp or torque after i delete them and are they gonna sound good or bad? thank
