550i Lease

I am about to lease a 550i via European Delivery. I was hoping to get the forums' thoughts on both the options list and the following figures:

550i
Black Sapphire Metallic
Venetian Leather interior
Convenience Package
Dynamic Handling Package
Premium Package 2
Sport Package
Sport Automatic Transmission

U.S. MSRP is $70,975, with an ED selling price of $61,930. 7 Multiple Security Deposits + $2200 (including 1st month, DMV fees, acquisition fee) at inception. With 15k miles/year, residual is at 53%, with an adjusted money factor (MSD, loyalty, ED, etc.) of .001369.

$890/mo. for this lease (including tax).

I would be grateful for any advice and thoughts on configuration/payments.

Sounds like a decent deal but you could probably do better. You should consider getting the M-Sport pkg and HUD at least. Here's my deal via ED...

$2765 out of Pocket, 7x MSD, 10k per yr, $965.31/month including tax, 24months

$80850 MSRP, ED Price $70600

Options...
Alpine White w/Brushed Aluminum Trim
Black Nappa
Conv Pkg
Cold Weather Pkg
Driver Assistance Pkg
M Sport Pkg
Premium 2
Sport Auto Trans w/Paddles
Active Vent Seat Pkg
4 Zone Climate
Folding Rear Seats
Heads Up Display
Side & Top View Cameras
BMW Apps w/Smartphone Integration

Any thoughts on where I could push to do better? I'm at 15k miles/yr., $890/mo., 7 MSD and $700 over invoice on the car. Did you further negotiate the money factor or the residual?

The residual jumped up pretty good this month. Check with your CA. It might get even better next month as the 2012s will be around the corner.

The best way to present a deal for analysis here is to identify dollars above Euro Delivery Wholesale and then identify the lease rate in relation to the BMW Buy Rate. You need to check the dealers lease math. Shortcuts from that will increase the likelihood that you are paying too much. Smart people that do their homework and the math always pay less.

$700 over ED wholesale, and lease rate is buy-rate + ED bump - loyalty - 7 MSD.

You have any lease calculators that you can recommend to help with these calculations?
