OP, if you were to use 93 octane would the HP numbers improve to lets say 340-350?
But then the torque would be beyond the reliable numbers no ?

I took in for service for pulling to the right and vibration. They performed a ECU update for the electronic steering and the their freaking software crashed! They said they had to reflash my ECU. In that process they wiped my tuned. GSR reflashed it for me. Good news is recently took it in again for the same problem, but this time the software didn't crash and my tune remained on the ECU!
I've put about 3k on the car since the tune and its working without errors. I have noticed a stuttering like effect, but it's not the tune is a problem with air to atmosphere which I can hear around 3500 RPM and then I hear it build up again. I've heard that the stock DV can barely handle stock boost levels. I'm hoping I don't have to change that out yet as I've heard it's difficult to get to the DV. http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-F10-535...lve/ES2864864/ A DP and CP are scheduled in the next week and then a GSR stage 2 tune shortly after that. I'll dyno before and after. The 1/4 mile drag times are not really in the plans, but that's because I don't know a good place to do that at in LA.

Well all I know about that so far is I had an older chipset and they were able to load the latest software onto it. The only thing that was brought to my attention via GSR was that exhaust parameter addition. There was no full investigation as to what else was in the new software. I would venture to guess that since its new software it should have any and all service updates. It's basically whatever your getting in new F10's, I have now.

well that's no good. My car would hold until 3rd or 4th gear on a real hard pull, then just fall flat on its face and then pick back up, it was terrible! definitely a must do mod if you're having that issue. but no problem! and good luck!
