2010 E-Class Coupe?
Been seeing quite a few ads on TV. Never been a merc fan though I've driven plenty.
Not a bad looking car. Opinions? The rear tails kind of look like an e92....but on steroids.... |

It's like a mini CL, but more square. The seats were awesome and most of the interior was high quality. Once the Black Series hopefully comes out, it will be even better. I saw a E350 coupe with Lorinser wheels last week. The wheels sucked, and so did the the foglights the dealer installed, but overall the lines were nice. It was smaller than I thought though.

Schizo
The front looks fairly young and aggressive (and those fog lights look like pimples), but the back says "rich old boring white guy".

Went and personally saw the car at the dealership a few days ago. I really liked it, in person the design is not that bad. I hated the pictures when they came out and swore never to like the car.
It's grown on me. |

it looks amazing. much better than most of the weird shit they were coming out with five years ago.
probably has more presence than an e92, that's for sure.

A friend is waiting on his. He is an older guy who goes through cars like crazy. Ordered it w/o even seeing a picture.
The dealer talked him out of white and said do black/black. A review I read also said the darker colors would be a better choice. Pretty quick in a straight line. High end cruiser at the end of the day. I'd drive it. |

Love the Brabus version ...The standard one is a hit and miss depending on which angle it's viewed. However, a definite improvement over the older versions. I agree on similarity to E92's tush area

Handsome car IMO, but this is nothing but an overpriced C-based coupe.
Very dishonest marketing stunt by Mercedes. I played around on their web configurator and to get one equipped similar to a new 335i coupe is about 4K more. For 268HP? Pass. http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/19/2...ss-underneath/ |
