Thinking of painting my M351 wheels in the same colour as the M434s

What do you think??

Especially since the 351 wheels in silver is so common (on non modified F10 M Sport).

I often see a white F11 with 270M wheels (M3 winters) painted similar to Ferric Grey, and I really like how that looks. so I say go for it.

Like mentioned on a similar thread in the wheel forum the gun metal/grey or whatever the darker wheel looks SWEET! better than the OEM silver!

If you will leave the chrome trim pieces on the side markers and door handles, then keep the OEM silver. If you will get rid of the chrome, then go with the gun metal/ferric grey.

You raise a good point. I really don't like those chrome bits. I think BMW were very lazy with the LCI by not manufacturing new panels. For the Pre-LCI they were there to carry the side repeater indicators, but they do nothing on the LCI.

What is the best thing to do with them? Get them painted body colour?? Keep in mind my car is Med blue.

I just wrapped the fender trim gloss black, think it goes well with the high-gloss Shadowline trim.

just like posted above, i used the left over shadowtrim kit which was gloss black...but you could also use matte black


also i did the front reflector


and also the door trim


and last but not least the little piece next to the fog lights...not sure what it's called

Exactly. There are many gloss black parts on the car to match with.

I think with Mediterranean Blue, to matchthe body color would be sweet, but a pain to get done (too much prep to get paint to stick to chrome). Being that my car is Jet Black, I did mine in gloss black. I think that it would also look good for you, as all of the others have posted, in gloss black.
