We have both driving and fog lights here. Generally, fog are yellow and driving are white. The lights I've seen here the last many years are kind of a hybrid. Driving lights are usually mounted high (white) and fog are mounted low (yellow). Ours are low and white and, generally, work as both a driving and gog light. They are low and aimed so as to not blind oncoming drivers yet throw a decent amount of light forward and to the side. They aren't as helpful (forward lighting) with HID/XENON lights as they are with halogen.

The rear light is very annoying to me (in clear weather) as it looks like the driver is riding their brakes. Inclement weather is a different story and they serve a very useful purpose.

Personally, I do find fog lights blinding, unless they are mis-aimed. The are design to project a very wide and low beam pattern which do not travel very far.

I've driven behind my F10 and they are not annoying. It keeps people from tailgating anyways.

People cant help answer a question but are quick to join in pointless discussions.
