Lowered Springs on longer than 2- 3 years feedback please...
I'm so "what should I choose" mode right now so forgive me.
Just want some feedback from those of you who have had your springs on longer than 2-3 years (no coilovers). I'm talking about ACS, Eibach, H&R, RD. Have the springs settled lower? Have the spring rates changed? How are your OE shocks holding up? Yes i'm asking a lot. Thanks in advance! May want to drop this 4x4, as it is I can put 2 1/4 fingers in..... for gap test (get yo head out da gutta!) |

Eibach Pro Kit for 3 years
Spring rates and shocks feels just the same. No more drop than it had a few weeks after the install. The Eibach springs on my car gives it a nice rake with the front a bit lower than the rear. |

ACS Springs for about a year here, but I bought the springs used and the seller told me they had about 20k on them. So they have about 28k miles on them now. No issues whatsoever.

Hi
for longtime durability + longterm comfort I would definetely recommend Eibach springs. And I guess we tried here nearly the most brands. But for a better look I recommend the Eibach SPORTLINE Springs which are 45/40mm lowering instead of the Pro Kit with 30/30mm, which is at some cars too high espec. at the front. These Eibach Sportline 45/40mm are excl. made for some dealers in Europe but could be found for ex. at the german ebay : http://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_from=...w+f10&_sacat=0 Shortened dampers are not necessary but they also work very well with the M dampers. Regards from Germany |
