2013 528i Lease
Does this sound like a legit good lease deal? I'm particularly wondering about the $725 bank fee. Is this normal?
BMW 528i w/ MSRP of $54,995 Invoice of $50,610 Selling Price of 50,690 Money Factor 1.45 10,000 miles 42 months 55% residual value Total Capitalized Cost (after $725 bank fee): 51,415 Residual Value $30,247 Monthly Payment of $675 ($622 payment +$53 taxes) Drive off (License, documentation, first payment) $1,217 |
