535xi offset question

Looking at a set of avant garde m621 for a friend who has a 535xi. Will they fit properly?
Specs are:
19x8.5 +35 225/35
19x9.5 +45 255/30

Thanks

The offsets will work but are conservative for F10, better suited for F30 (3 Series).

The tires are 2" too short and can not be used on F10. Those sizes are for E90 (the previous generation 3 Series).

When you say are too short and can not be used....can you explain that further? Because that tire setup is the closest you can get to equal rotational diameter, besides square, on 19" wheels.

Regarding to the offsets...I'm not looking for something aggressive, but I also don't want it to look too sunk in the fender as well.

Those tires are 2" shorter in diameter than OEM sizes for F10!

You may use them but I wouldn't do it. There are quite a few cons with 225/35-19 front and 255/30-19 rear on F10:
- 6% shorter than OEM size
- Speedo will be off
- Odometer will read more miles than you drive
- Increased wheel gap
- Reduced ground clearance

A better staggered 19" tire setup for F10 xDrive would be:
F: 245/40-19
R: 285/35-19
