Thinking about a 5 series LCI and need help.

Hello!

I need your help on this one, I am looking into getting a new 5 series LCI sedan with SAT and I'm not sure on the options. I have a budget of 10k for options. What would you recommend? What are the options you like and use the most, what are the ones you don't?

There are so many options to choose from that its hard to comment without knowing what you like. Do you like electronic gadgets, appearance upgrades, comfort features or chassis features?

I'm very happy with nappa upholstery and ceramic control bezels although I was reluctant to order these because of the cost. These are things you touch every time you drive. Also the thick sport steering wheel is wrapped in nappa and is very satisfying to use.

Tell us some features you are considering and you will get comments pro and con.

If you enjoy driving, get the msport package and definitely get the multi contour seats. The F10 is a big car, so I'd consider the rear view camera too.

MSport Package, Harmon Kardon upgraded sound, LED lighting. The issue is that your options may be different in Europe than the US. Navigation is standard for LCI model for you? If not, definitely add this valuable integrated option.

I'd choose the HUD. Try one out if possible before buying to see why I suggest it
Upgraded hifi

10k unfortunataly means you will not be able to get most options , I spent £13 on options on my car and still had to leave out items

Suggest saving up some more money before buying?

I've loved the nappa leather, HUD, multi contoured seats and M sport package. The other options I have I could easily live without. I'm not sure about the surround cameras but some people really love them.

I have heard you can order a car from UK and they will build it to your countries spec (left hand drive, etc...) and ship it to you, is this true? Because from what I have seen I can get a car from UK with almost all the options whereas in my country you only get a base model for the same kind of money.
Look at this mybmw.co.uk/s5p4r4h0 this would cost 70 thousand+ in my country...
