Is this 550i a good deal? Is it missing any must have options?

Is it missing any must have options? How do I know if it has DHP?

Any help would be appreciated, I'm still new to the BMW world

You can find list of all options on the car by entering last 7 numbers of car's vin number right here http://www.bmwarchive.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html. I believe this one comes equipped with DHP.

2011-2012 have some injector issues

2011 should still be under warranty if under 50k miles
so shouldnt worry much but still keep it in mind

I believe the injectors on the 550i is under warranty for 7 years/70,000 miles as shown in their warranty and service book:

Still, I would consider getting the extended warranty as you have planned.

By the way, what is the DHP option referred to in the decoder? Is it one of these?

I believe that would be optional upgraded sound system, mine is stock and comes as "S676A - HiFi speaker system."
