Hello All,

Question here, my father just purchased the 550i GT with night vision. I was curious if anyone knew how bypass the night vision disabling when he shuts off the lights. I.e. when he shuts off his lights the night vision also shuts off.

Please advise.

Only way is to remove the light bulbs.

They had you in mind when BMW decided to implement that particular safety interlock.

Were you thinking about cruising in pappy's new wheels with the lights off whilst you attempt to drive by way of the night vision screen?
