50,000 mile service?

My car is currently around 47,000 miles but my car says next service is in 6,000 miles... 53,000 ?!?

Is this normal? What is the 50,000 service?

My car is CPO to 60,000 miles

it depends on what you need to do.. when have you changed your oil last?

how are your brakes looking?

you will need to do a transmission fluid service soon

Some of the computer's intervals are based on when the service was done last, as well as condition, not strictly mileage. Oil service it probably calculates as 1 year or 10k or 12k miles since whenever the last oil service was.

The owners manual has the intervals. This is a summary that I kept for myself to know what's coming up based on the manual for my 2013 535i:
Oil service: Yearly
Cabin microfilter: Every 2nd year from production date (not purchase date), or with the brake fluid service.
Brake fluid: Every 2nd year
Air Filter: Every 3rd year
Spark Plugs: Every 4th year

CPO should be for an additional 2yrs/50K miles after the factory warranty expires, which means it would be covered for a total of 6yrs/100K miles. CPO won't cover maintenance items like a 50K mile service, however.

Anyone suggest doing a Walnut Blasting on a tuned N55? I'm at 38k miles with 3k miles running a JB4 with a couple gallons of E85 on each tank.
