My F10 with Alpina Parts
I finally got around to installing my wheels and front spoiler as well as a rear spoiler (not Alpina).
I still need to install my H&R springs (wife is begging for no drop), color match reflectors, tint windows and quad exhaust. Maybe black out the window trim, not sure yet. I've modded a lot of cars over the years and I wanted this one to look classy and I think I achieved the right look. I really like the way the F10 B5 looks but always thought it would look better with a nice drop (not slammed) and the f01 B7 21" wheels instead of the 20" wheels they come with in Europe. I almost didn't move forward with the install because I was contemplating on trading this 528 in for a 550 because it's pretty much a cruiser and not a performance vehicle. These were some quick pics I took today before the sun went down but I'll post some better pics this weekend after the tint and H&R install. |

Nice! I like the combination of all the Alpina parts. Drop it and just tell the wife the car must have settled! with the new parts

I'm most likely going to go with H&R OE Sport springs for a subtle 1" drop instead of the H&R sports I have already in hand.
They will be for sale for an extremely low price. Let me know if any of you want them. Obviously a local buyer to SoCal will get the best price due to no shipping costs. And if any of you have Eibach or H&R OE Sport springs and want to trade for a lower drop let me know. |

I'm so used to slammed cars that it's bothering me a bit but I have to go with a subtle drop with that huge Alpina lip. The lip sits low and I foresee some issues with clearance on a lot of things. The H&R sport springs will look good but that extra drop in front will be a problem. I need to get some H&R OE sports or Eibachs for less of a drop in front because the rear is fine...the front is the potential issue with that alpina snow plow lip.

Where did you get the Aplina front spoiler?

If you look hard enough you can buy alpina parts for half the price of retail here in the USA over seas, even after the currency exchange.

A compromise would be a spring set with a mild drop. Maybe the H&R OE's, or the ACS set?
