Just keep the valves closed at startup and its not loud at all!Thats what I LOVE about meisterschaft,it is so versatile.. Congrats! Welcome to the family!!

But valves open, it's game on, right? Since I didn't get the down pipes, I hope the open setting is still monstrous.

Hell Yea!! The downpipe makes it sound mean-angry,but it sounds awesome without.

I think I heard a YouTube video of it without downpipes. Still sounds mean, but kind sounds a little more "tuned" than the raw sound with the downpipes.

I just want to be able to hear the downshifting. My favorite sound!

I'm not sure what that clicking sound is, but I certainly noticed it too.

Sounds almost like the wastegate rattle that plagued the E9x N54 crowd. I heard that every time I coasted to a stop on my E92 but have not heard it since I had my DP upgraded from stock. I can only image my installer tightened things up while he was done there.

Lets just say that fluttering sound is not typical of the GTC.

Are none of you worried that the shaft exhaust doesnt come with a back pressure valve control? Your backpressure is gone mates.

I have detected no loss of power at all. Now, maybe there could be some loss for a stock 550. However, I'm willing to bet that the Dinan stage 3 figures all that out. I'm no expert, just speculating.

Did you have your back pressure hoses sealed? My buddy had his shaft installed on his stage 3 550 and definitely noticed the lack of back pressure. The power was still there but the thrust experienced when launching the car was reduced. Youre feeling just as much thrust if not more compared to stock?

For the record......if any of you are scared to get the Meiaterschaft because you think it will drone, it doesn't!! I am VERY conservative, when it comes to that stuff. It so quiet on the inside and very aggressive on the outside. Perfect blend. Kudos to whoever engineered it. Buy it! Should have come from the factory this way.

Lastly, regarding power and back pressure.....

Took off his morning and broke the rear tires loose. No loss of power at all. Do not fear that either.

Love it, no regrets!!!!
