My I Drive displays office in the main menu. I can add or edit a contact however the email option is not active. I don't have BMW apps as Im on android but I have a dozen shitty iphones from the'lemmings that work my company in my office drawers.
Im guessing I don't have connected drive installed either Im also usnure what the com box option is. I have a 3.5mm aux jack next to USB in the console and one in the glove box.
I'm running a galaxy s2 and a 10.1 tablet through bt and an iPod nano in the USB port.
Effectively I want BMW apps to work which I must not have and I want my txts and email read back to me. Can any of this be done? My car is January 2011 build.

Someone has been working on a way to use an android device elsewhere on the forum. I'd find it for you but you called my phone shitty.

As it happens I'm stuffed, the car only has basic nav so I would need to spend 2500euro to get there. Guess I'll just trade it next month. Oh well its been 2500 wonderful kays.
