Very nice setup! I too have an xDrive, but I heard you can't run staggered wheels with different diameter tires. The rolling diameter would have to be even to prevent wear on the tranny.

You can run staggered wheels fine on the xdrive. You just need to make sure your overall tire diameter between the front and rear wheels is as close as possible. Bmw has staggered optional wheels themselves and they run 245/35/20 up front and 275/30/20 in the rear. There is a slight difference between the front and rear that tire size. I am personally going to run 245/35/20 and 285/30/20 combo myself which has identical rolling diameter front and rear for my xdrive car.

Hi Alan I,
I just love the ACS drop on your F10 530d xDrive. Did you do the drop yourself or do you/ can you post a picture of the front strut (as it is - installed in your ride)?

I would like to see how different the AWD strut is compared to the RWD strut, as Realoem only shows images of the RWD strut (even when you specify the F10 ix series).

Cheers

Where is the best online store to get a set of Morr VS8.2 for a 2012 535ix???

And is there any modifying that has to take place because of the AWD?
