I did it! F07 on 22's

Yes guys I had to do it!

Staggered 22's on my 2011 550xi GT

CEC Wheels Custom drilled -
C881's Black
22x9 Fronts 265/30/22 Conti DWS
22x10.5 Rears 295/25/22 Conti DWS

These are the pics from tonight after we put them on - obviously after I get it detailed I will take better pics and the car had come off the lift so the suspension hadn't settled.

Enjoy!

Looks like you can get thicker profile tires, or drop it altogether. Looks clean!

I've only driven it home from the dealership - 16 miles - It actually drove nice - when we truly think of profile though the 335is with 19's have the same or less tire than I do.

Also it had come right off the lift and the suspension hadn't settled.

How would you rate the ride quality?

Plus, did the car perform worse with the 22"s, or did it feel better?

Rode just as nice as stock. Very Smooth, Sold the car, but rims and tires are for sale - Will fit 6 Ser, 7 Ser or GT.

Did the car feel slower, comfort feel less, or anything negative about them?

What tire size were you on? Just curious.

The car did not feel at all slower, felt very comfortable as if I was riding on stock wheels, maybe even smoother than the factory wheels, my technician told me the 22's were lighter than the stock 19's - Fronts 22x9 Rears 22x10.5 - Concaved - I believe rear tires were 295's - Tires are Conti's
