I ordered the following car and put $1000 deposit back to Sept. The car should be at the dealer around Nov 7. Due to sudden financial difficulty, I just can't afford it anymore. I am not making any money from anyone. All I want is to get my $1000 deposit back from the dealer. In other words, you are just taking the car from my order, and you will be dealing with the dealer directly. The dealer is located around 20 miles from NYC.

MSRP: $60,325
Sale Price: $53,800 with the NAV credit.
Sale Price: $52,800 with the NAV credit and loyalty credit if you qualified.

I think this is a good deal.

does it have sport package? can any options be changed at this point? is it 6MT or auto?

if you can add M sport package and 6MT, im definitely interested

In NJ they cant keep your deposit not sure about NY. I say let the dealer sell it.
