In my opinion all exhausts will have some type of drone so I can't say there is no drone but it's not bad. I've had Megan mufflers before and liked them that's why I picked these up again. If you have the m5 diffuser then there exhaust is setup perfectly to fit the diffuser. If not any shop can easily adjust it. Cold starts sounds really mean. After that it's the perfect tone the f10 should have sounded like from the factory. Not too obnoxious. But a little growl to it.
