I have seen on eBay a few Pro Navs for sale at a really good price. Is it possible to swap over from business to pro Nav without too much difficulty and without an expensive trip to the dealership?

yes, I'm in the process right now. Expect to spend about 3000 euros. I'm waiting patiently for my parts to roll up. I can keep you posted on how I go, however there are threads here in this forum. You will need the car coded remotely so you will require a cable and an XP 32 bit laptop and a reliable internet connection. The hardware install is pretty straight forward and you can see it done on YouTube. It involves removing the screen and head unit.
