I'm trying to track down a 6WB cluster for my F10 M5 and was wondering which year/model should I be looking for? I can get the VIN and confirm it has the 6WB option but it would help if I knew what range of vehicles had the same dash and what year the 6WB was available on.

Also, does it matter if the donor car had HUD? My car does have HUD. Any other options matter?

I will either be virginizing or having it done professionally.

I know that whether the doner car had HUD or not does not make a difference. There is a plug for it regardless.

The answer to your question is in the list bellow the first 6WB is from 07/01/2014 , so that mean that you need to search donors from that year , you can search from the list of the models that you can see in the attached photo . You will need work to the EEPROM , and the coding will be adding 6WB to the VO, changing VO Production date to 1211, and VO Coding DKombi and HU_CIC.

The first part number is:62109363263
