RD springs not available. How about Eibach?
Been asking around and seems there are some supply/dealer issues with RD springs. No place has them in stock anymore and no one has any dates for availability
Does anyone know where I can order a set for my 550i with AD? H&R and ACS are a bit too low for the garages that I frequent Also, did any gurus here try the Eibach springs? How do they compare to ACS/H&R/RD? Many thanks for any comments

Are ACS springs lower than RD?
Eibach = ACS

Looks good. Been told that the Eibach are firmer than stock but a tad softer than H&R Sport. I thought ACS is a bit firmer than H&R still? Maybe Eibach makes the springs for ACS but different spring rates?

according to the spec both ACS and Eibach lower the car by 30mm (H&R lowers 35mm).
I was in WK yesterday and I was told Eibach is stiffer than H&R but i called the distributor on the day before and they said Eibach is less stiff... Not sure who is right. Anyway, WK is going to install a Eibach springs on a 550 today. Mlai, is that yours? Let us know your experience if that's your car. Anyway, i'm going to do it on my 528 on Friday. |

The ACS are not overly stiff at all. They are very close to factory ride, about 25% stiffer and extremely comfortable.

http://www.ac-schnitzer.de/en/bmw-ca...10/suspension/ I'm advised that Eibach does manufacture the springs for ACS but the specs are different. They are made to ACS specs. |

Might go to WK tomorrow after work to chase them again. See if I can see your baby, or you must have picked it up already.
