Did a search but didn't really find anything. When looking at pictures of the sport steering wheel and the M-tech steering wheel they look the same. Is the M-Tech steering wheel thicker than the sport?

On my old e90 the sport and M-tech wheel were night and day. The M-Tech had the thumb rests, was thicker, and had the perforations.

I really cant see any difference between the f10 sport wheel and the M-Tech wheel minus the //M Trim..

Can someone clarify?

The M-Tech one has a slightly thicker and squidgier rim and the M trim on the lower part of the wheel. Other than that they are the same.

Thanks dude. I lucked out and ended up getting an m-tech wheel with m trim for dirt cheap on ebay! It is thicker and the leather is grippier unlike the smooth slippery leather on the standard sport wheel.

Installation was stupid simple.

Btw anyone want to buy a sport steering wheel with trim? 125 shipped!
