After Rain Wash

After driving through some pretty deep pools of filthy water from the massive amounts of rain we've had over the last week or so, and with the sun out for the foreseeable future, it was time for a wash.

I'm glad we don't need to put our cars into hibernation during the winter like the rest of the country.

Looks good! i'm looking forward to the first wash myself, been a bit cold for it, so it probably won't happen until end of feb/March timeframe.

We've had a ton of rain in the past few months, and my car is absolutely filthy, so for now i'm just letting it get as dirty as possible!

I also applied a ceramic coating to the car in october, so it will be interesting to see how much of a difference it really makes, a few tests i did by just using my finger to wipe some dirt seems like it came of fairly easy!

did you use a foam cannon and power washer?

I wish I had a garage and driveway to wash my own car. Unfortunately, we own a condo and only have a shared underground garage. I use a mobile waterless hand wash service. I think they do a pretty good job.

I do miss having a lighter car... barely 5 hours later, and I can already see dirt gathering... haha
